Quadrobics- Also known as quads, quadrobics is a sport that is categorized by running/walking/jumping on all fours. It is a common occurrence to see Quads on tiktok[this is NOT nonhuman exclusive]
Awakening- when one first realizes they are some form of nonhuman
Universenon/alterhuman- when an alterhuman experiences fluctuations/slides on a scale between human and nonhuman/shifted/kintype(s) mindsets
Polykin/Polytherian- when one has multiple kintypes
Kinsib/Kinsibling- A term for characters who one considers to be a sibling whether it be due to kin media or any other reason
Kinfam/Kinfamily- A term for characters who one considers to be family member/found family/family adjacent whether it be due to a kintype, past life or any other reason
Kinfren/Kinfriend- a term for characters who one considers to be a friend/best friend whether it be due to a kintype, past life or any other reason
Kintype- The entity/thing/creature that one is/identifies as
Ficiotype/Fictotype- The fictional character/species one kins
Linktype- the entity/thing/creature an Otherlink/C’link is/identifies as
Flickertype- the entity/thing/creature a other/fictionflicker used to be/identify as
Shift- periods of time when one feels much more connected to one’s kintype/adopts the mentality of one’s kintype
Phantom Shift- when one feels/sees features/limbs that are not there[ex. Feeling a tail when one does not have one]
Mental Shift- Occurs when one’s mindset becomes that of one’s kintype
Sensory Shift- When one’s sense match/become the sense of one’s *type
Dream Shift- when one shifts into their *type in one’s dreams
Cameo shift- when one experiences a shift of a creature/things/entity[ies] that isn’t one’s *type
Envisage Shift- like a phantom shift but instead of feeling features/limbs one has a mental image/awareness of one’s features/limbs that are not there.
Transformation- a physical shift which is acknowledged by the one experiencing it to be a hallucination.
Kinfirming- when one confirms a kintype
Kinsidering- when one is considering a creature/being as a possible kintype
Psychological[blank]- when one is psychologically one’s kintype[ex. believing that you were meant to be your *type,,feel psychologically connected to said *type etc]
Spiritual[blank]- when one is spiritually one’s kintype[may it be do to past lives,reincarnation or other reasons]
Species Dysphoria- A feeling of unease, dissatisfaction and/or discomfort due to the incongruence between one's biological species and integral species

Therian- one who identifies in as an animal(can be used as a umbrella term)
Theriotype- The animal(s) that a Therian identifies as
Cladotherian- when one identifies as a Clade[aka family] of animals
Animal Hearted- When you identify with(not as) and/or feel connected to a animal
Contherian- when one does not experience shifts as one is constantly shifted into their kintype[s]
Suntherian- similar to contherian but one experiences fluctuations/slides on a scale between human and nonhuman mindsets
Ambitherian- when one identifies with a whole/most of a specific species[ex. Dog Ambitherian means one identifies as all/most dogs]
Paleotherian- when ones kintype is a extinct creature[usually some sort of dinosaur]

Otherkin- when one identifies as a nonhuman creature/being/thing(can be used as a umbrella term)
Otherhearted- When one identifies with(not as) and/or feel connected to a nonhuman creature
Othervague- when ones non humanity is characterized by its partial alignment with multiple nonhuman categories/the need for additional nonhuman labels to adequately describe it
Vaugetype- the creature/thing/entity an Othervauge is
Otherflicker- Like fictionflicker but a broader term to encompass non fictional creatures
Otherlink- when one voluntarily decides to identify as a creature/character[this can be for any reason and is valid!!]
Polymorph- when one is a being without a set form and is capable to morph into/mimic anything[you can have “main forms” and still be a polymorph]
Otherspin/Otherfix- when ones nonhumanity is caused/related to one's special interest and/or hyperfixation
Conceptkin- A being that ids with the concept of something
Objectkin- a being that identifies as an Object
Plantkin- a being that identifies as a type of plant
Placekin- A being that ids as a certain place
Mythkin- A being that ids with mythical creatures/things/entities
Spacekin- A being that ids with space/space related things and/or creatures
Mussonar/Songkin- when one identifies as/is connected to a song, genre of music and/or music in general
Planetotherkin- an otherkin who experiences fluctuations/slides on a scale between human and their shifted/kintype(s) mindsets[specifically for otherkin/those who fall under the otherkin umbrella]

🐾FICTIONKIN TERMS 🐾

Fictionkin- one who identifies as a fictional character/species(can be used as a umbrella term)
Synpath- A character which one has a strong empathetic connection to OR identifies with(not as)
C'Link- when one voluntarily identifies as a fictional character(or thing/species) as a coping mechanism
Fictonodium- when one has a fictotype that one does not want, hates, and/or has bad memories attached to but one is nonetheless
Fictionflicker- when one identifies as a fictional character/creature but only for a temporary amount of time[usually the flickers feel identical to kintypes and also commonly fade out quickly]
Aukin- when ones kintype is an au version of a character and NOT the canon version
Ockin- When ones kintype is their/an oc
Nubil- When one cannot differentiate if they are fictionkin or an IRL due to the line being blurred because of ones delusions.
Media/Mediamate- 1)the original source media of one's fictotype(s) 2)another fictionkin/nonhuman that shares the same source media as oneself[Media/Mediamate is an alternate to Source/Sourcemate, One is encouraged to use it instead of Source/Sourcemate when one is not a system/IRL]
Moonfictionkin- a fictionkin who experiences fluctuations/slides on a scale between human and their shifted/kintype(s) mindsets[specifically for otherkin/those who fall under the otherkin umbrella]

🐾PHYSICALLY NONHUMAN TERMS 🐾

Holothere- when one is physically nonhuman in every way
Concothere- one who identifies as bodily nonhuman as ones spirit/mind is not human
Interanthrope- when one's physical body is not quite human due to either biology, identity disharmony or delusion
IRL- a common and episodic delusion that commonly occurs among those with psychotic disorders. Subconsciously one will latch/form a deep subconscious connection with a character. When one is an IRL one fully (in personality, identity, memories, experiences and more) become the character in question
Endel- when ones non humanity is influenced/caused by one’s psychosis/delusions
Transspecies- when one has “transitioned”/wants to transition into another species [this label is NOT a TransID and was STOLEN by r@dqs/prats]

Fictive- A type of Introject that was sourced from/is a fictional character(s)
Introject- an alter who's perceived appearance, name, personality, and/or role may represent an outside source. They can differ greatly from their source and take on many different roles.[Ex.Fictives and Factives]
Multiject- when one is an introject with multiple sources
Sourcemate/Source- 1) the source material a introject was influenced/formed from 2) a introject/multiple introjects that share the same source as oneself
Extranthrope- A nonhuman member in a system

Quoiian- a term to describe nonhuman individuals who have a confusing experience with their identity[ex. Wondering/not being able to tell if it's involuntary/voluntary]
Quoitype- refers to what a Quoiian may identify as
Fictionquoi- refers to a Quoiian who identifies as a fictional character/species
Aniquoi- refers to a Quoiian who identifies as an animal
Mythquoi- refers to a Quoiian who identifies as a mythical creature
Nounquoi- refers to a Quoiian who identifies as a object/idea
Omnikin- when ones kintype encompasses everything across space and time[can have divine connotations but does not have to]
Nomorph- one who is nonhuman in some way but one's non/ater humanity is not defined.
Constelic- when one hordes/collects an non/alterhuman identity/identities. Sometimes it is done by choice other times it is not
Dreamin- when ones [blank]type changes when ones day dreaming[coined with MaDD in mind but not exclusive]
Circukin- when one identifies as many of the same/related thing[s] across different subsections of non/alterhumanity[ex. a bat circukin is one who identifies as many types of bats, but instead of just the animal itself one can identify as anything bat related][this label can be used interchangeably with Icosahuman]
Icosahuman- when one identifies with one’s nonhumanity in many/all of the ways possible
Archetrope- when one identifies with/as a archetype,trope and/or a pre-established character model
Human Non-conforming- an umbrella label/term that encompases all identities and subcultures that are in someway nonhuman
Humanish- when one who feels slightly non/unhuman but is not fully human non conforming[can also mean when one sometimes feels human non conforming but other times feels human]
Auxilian- An umbrella term for when one appears as/imitates humanity/humans, but in reality isn't human[In other words, a form of nonhumanity that appears like or imitates/mimics humanity]
Time Traveller- when one believes they are/were a Time Traveler.[This can be due to the fact of delusions, spirituality, being a alter/headmate, reality shifting, past lives etc]
Fenikae/Phoenixal- when one has a specific past life, believing that one died/left one's past life and was then born/dropped into this one.They may also have had this process happen multiple times for them and believe it will continue to happen in the future.
Fenitype/Fenlife/Fennian- he being/thing/entity[ies] that one's phoenixal identity is tied to
Cassbeing/Casshuman- when one does not care whether one is human or not and/or think labeling ones humanity is irrelevant to oneself
Altervexo/Alterspite- when one identifies as alter/nonhuman out of spite.[ex. Being dehumanized for a disability your whole life and deciding that “fuck it and fuck you your right I AM not human” as a way to spite society]
Alterpunk- A movement for more inclusion and acceptance in the alterhuman community for lesser known labels[ex. conceptkin, objectkin, and plantkin]
Archaeosapien- one whose alterhuman or nonhuman identity is intrinsically rooted in prehistory, antiquity or mythic accounts of history.
Veranthropy- when ones kintype shifts or changes everytime the kintype is identified. The changing of the kintype is involuntary aswell as the identification of being Veranthrope.
Infirope- one whose nonhuman identity is distinctly meant for coping, and that it feels unstable, weak, or "in the background" when not engaged with. this identity can feel like it flickers in and out of one's identity, and can be voluntary or involuntary.

Clinical Zoanthropy- A similar delusional disorder to Clinical Lycanthropy but instead of being limited to wolves/canine it can be any animal.
Clinical Lycanthropy- A delusional disorder that causes one to believe they are/turned into wolves/canines or that others are/turned into wolves/canines
Cotard's Syndrome- Cotard's Syndrome(sometimes known as Cotard's Delusion) is a (rare)delusional disorder that causes one to have delusions of being not alive, not real, immortal and/or in a half dead state of being
Capgras Syndrome- A delusional disorder that causes one to believe a family member,loved one, friend etc has been replaced by an imposter
DID/OSDD- Both are dissociative disorders caused by childhood trauma[thought to have to have to occurred from ages 1-12] they are categorized by multiple “distinct” beings/consciousnesses inside one body
Autism- a neurological disorder that affects how one's brain develops, typically causes problems with socialization and communication.
MaDD[maladaptive daydreaming disorder]- A mental health condition/disorder that causes intense, realistic and fanciful “daydreams”. Usually these “daydreams” consume some/all aspects of one’s life[an add on is that MaDD NEVER goes away it’s always going to be there]
note: being plural in general(disorderd or non disordered) can aswell impact/cause nonhumanity!

Xenogender- a gender identity[+ umbrella term] in which one's gender goes "beyond the human understandings of gender"
Aldernic- an umbrella term for when one has, or wish to have, a body that deviates from what is expected in society or typical human notions
Alteran- being exclusively[by choice or not] attracted to other alterhumans/nonhumans
Trans Nonhuman- when ones both trans in some way and nonhuman
Abstraxic- A label[that can be an add on] for any beings that are a non/alterhuman, an Alter, have disorders/conditions and/or have aytipical dysphoria that affects ones Ids/Labels(this label is not to be used by r@dqs, pro/comp/neu contact harmful paras, and pro/compshippers)
[NOT A RQ TERM]Atypical Dysphoria- When one experiences dysphoria in an “atypical way”[ex.species dysphoria,BIID related dysphoria, Xenic dysphoria etc]
[NOT A RQ TERM]Coping Atypical dysphoria- When one ended up with Atypical dysphoria for means of coping[this may be unhealthy]
Plural/Plurality- a descriptor for any being who has more than one being/conciousness in their body(ex. OSDDID, Endos, etc)
Alterhuman Origin- a big umbrella term for any plural origins that relate to alterhumanity(some terms under this umbrella are...Kingenic, Theriangenic, Heartedgenic, Linkgenic, Fictgenic, Constelgenic, Fenigenic, and Traumalthugenic)
